How do you decide the build fee?

It's based on complexity. A simple, focused tool takes less time than a multi-feature system with integrations and dashboards. I'll ask you what you need, figure out the scope, and give you a fixed price before anything starts. No hourly rates, no estimates that creep up.

What if I just want a build with no management?

I can do that. But honestly, most of the problems I see come from software that nobody is maintaining. I'd recommend at least a basic management plan.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. You own the code, and I'll help you transition to another host.

Are there any hidden costs?
